QC Kinetix is dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries and avoid surgery by offering regenerative orthopedic therapies that can help heal bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Rather than masking pain with medication or cortisone shots, our alternative pain management approach works with your body’s own healing mechanisms to address damaged tissue directly. For patients who have been told surgery is their only option, regenerative medicine offers a meaningful path forward with minimal downtime and no general anesthesia. Highlands Ranch residents are known for staying active, whether that’s skiing Breckenridge on weekends, running the Highline Canal Trail, or keeping up with youth sports. Knee pain treatment is among our most common requests, particularly for conditions like osteoarthritis, meniscus injuries, and ligament damage. We also treat shoulder, hip, and back pain that hasn’t responded to physical therapy or traditional care. For active adults in Highlands Ranch and the surrounding Douglas County area, our clinic has become a go-to first step before pursuing surgery.

Regenerative medicine is a category of non-surgical, drug-free treatments that use materials from your own body to target the source of joint and soft-tissue pain rather than simply masking symptoms. It’s become a common option for patients researching treatments for joint pain and looking for alternatives before considering surgery.

Many patients throughout Highlands Ranch and Douglas County explore PRP and BMAC as part of a non-surgical approach to joint and soft-tissue pain. Potential benefits include:
Patients report improved mobility and reduced discomfort after treatment, though individual results vary and depend on the condition being treated.

PRP and BMAC are generally considered minimally invasive options for patients exploring non-surgical alternatives to joint and soft-tissue pain. Because both treatments use materials collected from your own body, the risk of rejection or allergic reaction is lower than with many other medical procedures.
Most patients experience only mild, short-lived reactions at the injection site, such as soreness, swelling, or bruising, which typically resolve within a few days. Some patients also report temporary mild fatigue as the body adjusts.
Serious complications, such as infection or nerve irritation, are rare, particularly when treatments are performed by trained providers who follow proper screening and sterile protocols. Before beginning treatment, our Highlands Ranch team reviews your medical history and current health status to help determine whether PRP, BMAC, or a combination approach is appropriate for you.

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy concentrates growth factors from your own blood and injects them directly into the affected joint or tissue. PRP knee treatment is commonly used for arthritis, tendon injuries, and cartilage damage, supporting the body’s natural repair process without surgery or general anesthesia. It’s one of the most widely used regenerative treatments for knee pain and sports injuries.
Cellular therapy uses regenerative cells sourced from your own body to support healing in damaged joints and soft tissue. It’s often used for knee osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, and conditions where cartilage has worn down. Your provider will determine whether cellular therapy, PRP, or a combination approach is right for your condition.

For active patients in Highlands Ranch, that often means returning to skiing, running, or recreational sports far sooner than a surgical recovery would allow.
