What causes pain in the hands and feet?

Hand and foot pain can arise from several causes. Inflammation is a significant contributor. Jennifer Montgomery, PA-C

Jennifer began her medical training in 2007 after being certified as an EMT-B during her 47 month experience as a West Point cadet. She graduated from West Point and was commissioned into the Army Chemical Corps in 2008. She is a combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and was accepted to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and graduated in 2015.

After graduation, Jennifer began her career as a Physician Assistant in family medicine and was quickly assigned to provide care to the senior executive staff on Fort Hood, TX. In 2018, Jennifer was assigned to the orthopedics department and retired from active duty in 2021.

Jennifer has continued practicing in orthopedics since leaving active duty. She joined QC Kinetix after seeing many patients frustrated with their surgical outcomes and looking for other options that are both non-surgical and non-narcotic.

Jennifer is continuing her education with an additional Master’s degree through the University of Colorado Denver – Anschutz Medical Campus in Pharmaceutical Sciences focusing on Cannabis Science and Medicine. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her two cats, yoga, and paddleboarding.
