A prominent physician, Dr. Fernandez is the Medical Director of QC Kinetix South Florida. He specializes in treating all related sport injuries and chronic pain with Regenerative Medicine using a non-surgical approach.

Pertaining to his educational pursuits, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Florida International University in 2006, also completed a Forensic Chemistry Toxicology Master from Florida International University in 2007, and received his Medical Degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in 2011. He completed his residency in family medicine at East Carolina University/Vidant Medical Center in 2014, and graduated with his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Davenport University in 2017.

Since his early years, Dr. Fernandez has had a passion for sports medicine and musculoskeletal pathology. Being surrounded by his father – a former National Swimming Team Head Coach; and older brother – a former professional triathlete who struggled to recover from multiple injuries; he knew steroids or anti-inflammatories were not the best choices. He also knew that physical therapy had its limitations.

Throughout his education, he completed multiple CME courses and trainings with various organizations to continue advancing his therapeutic options to help his patients. Over the past 5 years, his practice has been focused on Physical medicine and Rehabilitation, non-surgical regenerative medicine, and clinical research. Regenerative medicine has tremendously impacted the way patients are able to take their lives back and be functional again. Managing acute sports related injuries and chronic pain through regenerative medicine has been a very gratifying experience for him and his patients.

As a testament to his success, Dr. Fernandez has been the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award (2021, 2022), and On-Time Doctor Award (2022).

Outside of the office, he loves to go on adventures with his wife and children, serving on mission trips with his church, training for triathlons, playing golf and tennis. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jennifer is a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant with a profound focus on orthopedic medicine. She began her journey in healthcare by earning a Bachelors in Athletic Training from Barry University, and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Miami Dade College.  She has ten plus years of orthopedic hands-on experience specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic related injuries. Her passion for regenerative medicine began when she was an ATC and discovered the benefits of PRP injections responsible for enhancing the performance and recovery of athletes. As a Physician Assistant she has collaborated with several Orthopedic Surgeons and kept pace with the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments and surgical techniques, including utilizing PRP injections in both surgical and non-surgical settings.

Jennifer was raised with a natural inclination towards movement and physical activity, which allowed her to develop a love for an active lifestyle early on. Whether it’s hitting the gym, exploring outdoor trails, or trying out new fitness trends, she thrives on the energy derived from staying physically engaged. She also has a passion for all sports, specifically Miami Heat and Dolphins, as she is a proud Miami Florida Native.

Estefania Parra is a Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in both traditional medicine and holistic approaches, Estefania has a root cause and preventative medicine approach, and a passion seeing patients reach optimal health in both physical and emotional well-being.

Jennifer is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Primary Care and Interventional Pain Management.

Jennifer started her career as an ER/ICU registered nurse and received her undergraduate and graduate education from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Jennifer is passionate about regenerative medicine from working with many orthopedic and chronic pain patients during her career.

Brie Bebble, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 12 years of experience specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine care.

Prior to earning a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, Brie worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer. This experience gives her a unique and comprehensive perspective on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. This background allows her to combine clinical expertise with a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions across a wide range of patients, from athletes to those simply seeking to stay active. Making sure her patients continue to stay active or resume activity they haven’t been able to is a priority.

Brie is highly skilled in orthopedic evaluations and joint and soft tissue injections under ultrasound guidance. She believes in creating individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based medicine with practical, patient-centered care.

Known for her bubbly personality and approachable demeanor, Brie strives to make every patient feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their care while delivering high-quality orthopedic treatment.

Irene Sures is a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in regenerative treatments with a focus on orthopedics and aesthetics. With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Graduating with a Master’s degree in Nursing from South University and board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner, Irene Sures is passionate about using innovative treatments to enhance recovery and improve the quality of life for patients. She has extensive training in various regenerative techniques, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy and stem cell injections, which are designed to promote healing and regenerate damaged tissues.

Irene is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of medical advancements in regenerative medicine and regularly participates in continuing education. Holly C. Cellamare, PA-C, RT(R), is a skilled Physician Assistant at QC Kinetix, specializing in non-surgical regenerative treatments for chronic pain, chronic pain, joint dysfunction, and musculoskeletal conditions. She brings over a decade of combined clinical experience in radiology, advanced diagnostics, and procedural medicine.

Holly earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Touro College School of Health Sciences, where she served as Class President. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from CUNY New York City College of Technology, graduating magna cum laude. Her advanced training includes a specialized Plastic Surgery rotation at Montefiore Hospital, where she assisted in surgical procedures, postoperative management, and aesthetic treatment planning.

Before joining QC Kinetix, Holly worked extensively in medical imaging, performing lumbar punctures, joint injections, PRP injections, thyroid biopsies, and a broad range of diagnostic studies. Her strong background in imaging interpretation and procedural care allows her to create precise, personalized treatment plans—especially for patients seeking relief through regenerative medicine.

Holly is nationally certified by the NCCPA and licensed as a Physician Assistant in both Florida and New York. She also holds certifications in radiologic technology, Botox and dermal fillers, and advanced life support.

Grisell Villares is a highly credentialed Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of multidisciplinary healthcare experience spanning orthopedics, regenerative medicine, family and internal medicine, emergency and telehealth care, OB/GYN, and diagnostic imaging. She currently serves as a Medical Provider with QC Kinetix South Florida, where she delivers non-surgical regenerative treatments for patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain and joint conditions. Her recent clinical background also includes orthopedic nurse practitioner work at the Miami Institute for Joint Reconstruction — where she performed comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, intra-articular and soft tissue injections, and PRP and pain management protocols — along with four years providing emergency medicine and telehealth services for elderly patients with Delivery Network (Elevance Health), primary care experience at Ambert Medical Care, and over a decade as a Registered ARDMS sonographer with Leon Medical Centers.

Originally trained as a physician in Cuba with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medical Science in Havana and an OB/GYN residency at Clodomira Acosta Hospital, Grisell went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing and FNP credential from Ana G. Mendez University of South Florida. She holds an impressive stack of credentials including ARDMS certification in OB/GYN and Breast, MRI technician registration (ART), and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Grisell brings a rare combination of physician-level clinical reasoning, hands-on procedural expertise, and compassionate patient-centered care, making her an exceptional asset to the QC Kinetix care team and the patients she serves.
