"For years, I have tried numerous unique (and expensive) hair shampoos and vitamins that said they help with hair loss and never saw a real difference. Then I went to QC Kinetix and met with Jarred Fisher about my hair thinning concerns. He has been so helpful. It has now been a few months after my first visit and I have hair growing in the areas I was concerned about. When I say the Hair Gen procedure was life changing, I mean it! Growth continues each day. I actually get excited to look in the mirror. This is making a difference in my appearance and in my self-confidence. I’m not wearing a ballcap each time I go somewhere. I really wish I had done this sooner."

""QC Kinetix was a godsend for my wrist and elbow. I had lingering pain in both my wrist and elbow from a sports injury that was bothering me for well over a year. I had seen several physical therapists and an orthopedic specialist for it during that time, and nothing was fixing the issue completely. I decided to try PRP therapy as a last resort before surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My wrist and elbow are feeling incredible - the pain completely gone and feeling back to normal again. Jarred and the whole QC Kinetix team are top notch and I’ll definitely be coming back to them in the future to help out with some other sports related issues. For now, I’m going to enjoy having my wrist and elbow back!"

"After 4 treatments, I noticed a dramatic improvement with stiffness and lack of range of motion in my shoulder, as well as, my knee's inflamation and stiffness. I would recommend doing to areas at a time if you have a problem in more than one area. They can do the treatments at the same time and you save time and money! Thanks, QC Kinetics! I am back to moving more and more!"

QC Kinetix is proud to offer natural hair restoration treatments in Charlotte, North Carolina, thanks to regenerative medicine.

Types & Causes of Hair Loss

Hair loss is a common condition that affects many people, both men and women. There are several different types of hair loss, each with its own causes and treatments.

Androgenic alopecia: This is the most common type of hair loss in both men and women. It is also known as male pattern baldness or female pattern baldness. Androgenic alopecia is caused by a combination of hormones and genetics. It is commonly treated with a medication called minoxidil, which is available over the counter and by prescription.

Alopecia areata: This type of hair loss is characterized by patches of baldness that can appear on the scalp, face, and other parts of the body. Alopecia areata is thought to be an autoimmune disorder, in which the body’s immune system attacks the hair follicles. It is commonly treated with a steroid cream or injection.

Telogen effluvium: This type of hair loss occurs when the hair follicles go into a resting phase and stop growing new hair. Telogen effluvium is often caused by stress, pregnancy, or medications.

Anagen effluvium: This type of hair loss is caused by damage to the hair follicles. Anagen effluvium is often caused by chemotherapy or other medications used to treat cancer.

Hair thinning: This is a gradual loss of hair density. Hair thinning is often caused by aging, genetics, or medications.

How to Combat Hair Loss

Hair loss can be a very upsetting condition, and treatment often depends on the cause. Our Charlotte regenerative medicine hair loss treatment procedures can help to restore hair in some cases. In other cases, medications or surgery may be necessary.

If you are concerned about hair loss and are looking for more natural solutions, contact QC Kinetix (Charlotte) today. We can help to diagnose the cause and recommend treatment options, along with supplements to help you experience hair regrowth and long-lasting results!

Marc was born on Long Island, NY but grew up in Charleston, SC and received his B.S. in Exercise Science from College of Charleston. He has a total of 16 years of military service between active Special Operations and the South Carolina Army National Guard with a total of 6 deployments. Becoming a Physician Assistant was his dream job as he had an extensive medical background as a Ranger First Responder / EMT and Emergency Room Technician before being accepted to the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Marc graduated with his Master’s Degree from the University of North Carolina in 2017 and moved back to his favorite city shortly thereafter to start his career. Marc’s interest in regenerative medicine originated with his own journey to seek different treatment options for his own musculoskeletal issues. In addition, while working at a Post-Acute Care facility, he saw the limited treatment options for patients, who were usually overusing narcotics and NSAIDs, ultimately leading to dependency and other medical problems. Marc’s goal is to promote a minimally invasive and clinically beneficial option to people that will give them the best possible opportunity to live their life to the fullest. He also finds inspiration in the words of Patch Adams, M.D. who said, “The purpose of a doctor or any human in general should not be to simply delay the death of the patient, but to increase the person’s quality of life,” and, “You treat a disease, you win, you lose. You treat a person, I guarantee you, you’ll win, no matter what the outcome.” Marc looks forward to treating you as a person at QC Kinetix, with the goal of improving your quality of life.
