Stephanie is board certified physician assistant with over 5 years of experience. Grew up in NJ but has been living in Massachusetts for 10+ years and is passionate about helping the people of her community live better, pain-free lives. She has an array of training and interests but strongly believes in the conjunction of traditional medicine with more holistic approaches backed in science that are demonstrated within the regenerative medicine space. As a patient of QC herself, she has seen first-hand how the treatment can work and believes that the right candidates will see great results. She is experienced with ultrasound guided joint injections and bone marrow aspiration procedures. Currently, she is continuing to expand her knowledge of ultrasound diagnostic techniques. She looks forward to meeting patients and curating individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and decrease pain.
Dr. Kristofer Tupper is a board-certified family medicine physician with subspecialty board certification in sports medicine. He has advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in caring for sports-related, overuse, and age-related injuries. Dr. Tupper brings extensive experience treating athletes and active individuals across the lifespan and works with patients of all activity levels to restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term joint health through non-surgical care.
Dr. Tupper earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Kent Hospital (now part of the Brown University health system) in Warwick, Rhode Island, followed by Sports Medicine fellowship training at UConn, where he worked closely with NCAA Division I Huskies collegiate athletes in Storrs, Connecticut.
Most recently, Dr. Tupper practiced at Mass General Brigham Newton-Wellesley Sports Medicine, where he evaluated and treated a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including arthritis, ligament and tendon injuries, and complex joint pain. His clinical practice emphasized nonoperative management, and he routinely performed a broad spectrum of injection-based treatments—often utilizing ultrasound guidance to enhance precision, outcomes, and patient comfort.
Dr. Tupper’s clinical interests include sports medicine, regenerative and injection-based therapies, and ultrasound-guided procedures. He takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach, developing individualized care plans that prioritize recovery, function, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Tupper enjoys spending time with his wife as they enthusiastically navigate homeownership, gardening, and home improvement projects. He is an avid board sports enthusiast—including snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, and wakesurfing—new to golf, and also enjoys fly fishing, hiking and trail walks, cooking together with his wife (especially homemade pasta and pizza), and trying his hand at amateur mixology. He values spending time with family in Maine, Vermont, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
