Treatment Process at Our Doral Clinic

What to Expect: Your PRP or Stem Cell Treatment Journey

Step 1: Comprehensive Evaluation
We begin with a thorough assessment of your condition, medical history, and treatment goals to determine if you’re a candidate for PRP or stem cell treatments.

Step 2: Customized Treatment Plan
If appropriate, we develop a personalized protocol based on your specific needs, explaining the process, timeline, and what you can expect.

Step 3: Treatment Procedure
Our minimally invasive procedures are performed in our Doral office. PRP treatments involve drawing blood, processing it, and injecting the concentrated platelets. Stem cell procedures follow a similar approach with different biological materials.

Step 4: Recovery & Follow-Up

Most patients experience minimal downtime. We provide post-treatment guidelines and schedule follow-ups to monitor your progress. Individual results and recovery times vary.

Our Doral and Sweetwater communities trust us for transparent, professional regenerative medicine care.

He also knew that physical therapy had its limitations.

Throughout his education, he completed multiple CME courses and trainings with various organizations to continue advancing his therapeutic options to help his patients. Over the past 5 years, his practice has been focused on Physical medicine and Rehabilitation, non-surgical regenerative medicine, and clinical research. Regenerative medicine has tremendously impacted the way patients are able to take their lives back and be functional again. Managing acute sports related injuries and chronic pain through regenerative medicine has been a very gratifying experience for him and his patients.

Milton Menco is a certified PA (physician assistant) born in Colombia. He has a background in exercise physiology and worked as a medical laboratory researcher before attending the PA program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he graduated with honors. Since graduating, he has worked in interventional pain management, urgent care and orthopedic surgery. He has managed patients as part of a team using a diverse spectrum of treatments including physical therapy, steroid and non-steroid joint injections, and surgery. Milton’s interest in regenerative medicine piqued after noticing that an ample number of patients treated surgically and non-surgically were unsatisfied and frustrated with the outcomes obtained through these traditional therapies. The frustration only grew when many of them could never return to a fair quality of life or to their normal hobbies and levels of physical activity despite proper, traditional medical care. After learning about QC Kinetix and its innovative protocols in treating a great deal of patients with various musculoskeletal and degenerative conditions, he quickly jumped at the opportunity to become part of this team that is at the forefront of regenerative medicine. He has completed a focused training and his goal is to educate and to successfully treat and restore a good quality of life to every patient that comes into our care.
