QC Kinetix Frequently Asked Questions

Interested in owning a QC Kinetix franchise? We understand the decision to own your own regenerative medicine franchise is a big one. Find answers to your questions in our medical franchise FAQs.

Is there any specific medical certification or experience required to become a QC Kinetix franchise owner?

Some franchisees are doctors; however, it is not required that you be a doctor to become a franchise owner. QC Kinetix only requires that a licensed physician be a member of the franchise owner’s staff. Our franchise model is a great fit for physicians, chiropractors, nurse practitioners and physician’s assistants, as well as savvy business and franchise professionals. We do expect medical providers and franchise owners to have the ability to appropriately educate patients on their treatment options. Learn more about what makes an ideal franchisee.

What support can a franchise owner expect from QC Kinetix?

The QC Kinetix leadership team will provide training for up to two individuals who may consist of the franchise owner, lead medical staff and clinic manager. Headquarters-based training will last three days, with three, in-person follow up days at your clinic. The medical team trains at our state-of-the-art lab in Fort Myers, Florida, a month prior to opening. Ongoing training via site visits, videos and other materials will continue throughout the life of your clinic, and you will have access to the QC Kinetix proprietary operations manual for guidance on daily operations, accounting, marketing and more. Visit the Franchise Support page.

How much does a QC Kinetix franchise cost?

The average initial investment is $220,130 to $328,830 for a single clinic. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the build-out and initial business growth stages. Get more details by visiting the Investments and Costs page.

Will you help me secure financing?

We do not offer direct financing. However, we work closely with reliable third-party financial institutions that may be able to help you with financing, depending on your situation. We will make the financing introductions early in the process, once it appears you are a good fit to lead a QC Kinetix franchise.

Is there an ongoing royalty fee?

Yes. The continuing royalty fee is equal to 8% of gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund ongoing franchisee support services and the continued development of products, treatment and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Are there advertising fees?

Yes. QC Kinetix franchise owners will be required to spend between $20,000 to $40,000 on local marketing in the first month, depending on the size of the market. This investment increases for the subsequent five months until month 6, reaching the full expected monthly local marketing spend of $40,000–$50,000, again based on market size. Our marketing team will assist with all your advertising needs. Franchise operators currently contribute up to 1% of gross revenues toward the system brand fund. These funds are used to develop marketing strategies to promote and increase awareness of the QC Kinetix brand and fulfill the costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns.

What is the term length of the agreement?

The initial term of your franchise agreement is 10 years.

What if I’ve never owned a business before? Do you offer training and support?

Yes. QC Kinetix is led by a passionate leadership team who works tirelessly to ensure that your business will be a success from the moment you sign the franchise agreement. From the beginning, we will provide you with exceptional training and ongoing support, along with the tools and technologies to operate your business. Learn more by visiting the Franchise Support page.

Will you help me find the right location for my new medical franchise? How big is a territory, and are territories exclusive?

You will receive a protected territory. There is one franchise location for every designated market area (DMA). A DMA includes a population of up to 500,000. So, one franchise per 500,000 DMA, two locations per 1 million DMA, etc. Our team offers guidance on selecting and developing your clinic space. Get more information here.
