Justin co-founded QC Kinetix with a bold vision to challenge traditional medicine and expand access to innovative, non-surgical regenerative treatments.
An entrepreneur at heart, he played a hands-on role in building the company from the ground up—shaping its operational systems, patient acquisition strategy, and scalable franchise model from day one.
Serving as CEO through 2022, Justin led QC Kinetix through rapid national growth, operational expansion, and brand development, helping position the company as a leader in regenerative medicine. His leadership combined disciplined execution with an unwavering focus on long-term growth and patient impact.
Today, as a Board Member, Justin remains deeply involved in strategic oversight, working alongside executive leadership and franchise owners to drive innovation, strengthen the brand, and advance the mission of helping patients live pain-free without surgery or drugs.
Tyler Vail, PA-C, co-founded QC Kinetix with a mission to expand access to innovative, non-operative regenerative treatments. With a clinical foundation in orthopedics and sports medicine, he helped establish the company’s early medical protocols and clinical strategy, ensuring patient care remained at the center of its growth.
After earning his degrees from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Nova Southeastern University, Tyler practiced orthopedic surgery in South Florida, specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic procedures, and total joint replacements. He later worked in an integrated medical practice in North Carolina, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, non-surgical pain management solutions.
As QC Kinetix scaled nationally, Tyler served as Director of Regenerative Medicine and was later promoted to President, overseeing rapid system-wide expansion and operational growth. Today, as a Board Member, he continues to provide strategic guidance—bridging clinical excellence with entrepreneurial leadership to advance patient-centered regenerative care nationwide.
Dr. Richard Schaffer co-founded QC Kinetix with a commitment to advancing regenerative medicine as a mainstream, non-surgical solution for musculoskeletal pain. With decades of experience in family and sports medicine, he has been a leading clinical voice in shaping the company’s medical standards and patient-first philosophy.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completing his Family Medicine residency at Carilion Clinic—where he served as Chief Resident of Education and received the Resident Teacher of the Year Award—Dr. Schaffer practiced family medicine and sports medicine in Virginia. He began incorporating regenerative therapies into his practice in 2014 and transitioned to full-time regenerative medicine in 2019.
As Chief Medical Officer through 2022, he helped establish QC Kinetix’s clinical protocols and national medical framework during a period of rapid growth. Today, as a Board Member, he continues to guide medical strategy and innovation while advocating for drug-free, non-surgical treatment models. He is also co-founder of Bespoke Biologix, an advanced stem cell therapy platform operating in Mexico, and remains active in community leadership and commercial real estate investment.
Morris has over 30 years of financial executive leadership with both public and privately held companies of various sizes and complexity and across diverse industries. He has had extensive experience overseeing financial transformations and integration and implementations of new ERP systems.
Prior to joining QC Kinetix, Morris led Office Depot’s acquisition and integration of CompuCom, a $1 billion technology services company and oversaw the development of new processes and controls to successfully transition CompuCom from a privately held company to a material part of a publicly traded entity. He has also initiated new forecasting and budgeting initiative to enable companies to better understand and manage their business and growth initiatives.
Morris oversees the finance department, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting operations and controls, treasury and tax.
Dr. Corey D. Riser is a distinguished leader in the field of alternative medicine, bringing over a decade of expertise in Functional Medicine to his role as the National Director of Sales at QC Kinetix. Dr. Riser combines his extensive background in Functional Medicine with a strategic vision to enhance the patient experience and drive growth across the QC Kinetix franchise network.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Dr. Riser has honed his expertise as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, amassing over 300 hours of post-doctoral education in Functional Endocrinology and Clinical Nutrition. His deep understanding of complex health issues and his ability to apply cutting-edge clinical knowledge have made him a sought-after consultant for alternative medicine practices nationwide. Dr. Riser is particularly skilled in designing and implementing scalable operational systems that empower clinics to expand their reach and impact.
Dr. Riser is also the founder of the Functional Health Center of the Carolinas, a leading Functional Medicine clinic based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Under his leadership, the clinic has become a beacon of hope for patients with chronic conditions, earning recognition as one of the most effective “Chronic Disease Reversal” centers in the region. Having appeared on numerous health and wellness podcasts and publications, Dr. Riser and the clinic’s excellence was further validated when it was named “Best Holistic Practice in South Carolina” in 2024.
In his role at QC Kinetix, Dr. Riser is instrumental in optimizing patient onboarding processes and supporting franchisees in achieving their revenue goals. His focus on patient-centric clinical systems and strategies ensures that QC Kinetix remains at the forefront of regenerative medicine, providing the best possible patient outcomes.
Ali White is a seasoned healthcare leader with expertise in orthopedic regenerative medicine and clinical operations.
As Vice President of Medical Operations at QC Kinetix, she drives the development and execution of medical strategies, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency across the organization’s national network of regenerative medicine clinics.
Ali began her career as a Physician Assistant, refining her procedural skills and witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of nonsurgical Orthobiologic treatments. Her dedication to advancing patient care and optimizing clinical performance led her to senior leadership roles where she played a key role in standardizing medical practices, enhancing provider training, and scaling sustainable operational models.
In her current role, Ali oversees national clinic performance, medical execution, and compliance, ensuring that franchise partners are equipped with best practices in Orthopedic Regenerative Medicine. She is committed to expanding patient access to innovative, noninvasive treatments while maintaining the highest standards of care. Drew Rollins serves as Vice President of Information Technology for QC Kinetix, bringing nearly two decades of experience in enterprise technology leadership, systems architecture, and operational strategy.
His background spans multi-unit service organizations, telecommunications, and highly regulated environments – experience that informs his disciplined, scalable approach to technology management.
At QC Kinetix, Drew provides strategic oversight of the company’s technology ecosystem supporting clinics nationwide. He leads the development of scalable platforms, data systems that drive operational efficiency, and improve visibility across the organization.
A strong advocate for data-driven decision-making, Drew prioritizes building systems that deliver actionable insights, performance transparency, and measurable outcomes across the franchise network. By aligning technology initiatives with franchise operations, finance, and clinical leadership, he ensures the QC Kinetix system remains scalable, secure, and positioned for long-term growth.
Dr. Mitchell Sheinkop is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with decades of experience in joint replacement and regenerative medicine.
He spent 37 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as Director of the Joint Replacement Program and Professor of Orthopedic Surgery before transitioning to Professor Emeritus.
A graduate of Chicago Medical School, Dr. Sheinkop completed fellowships in pediatric orthopedics and hand surgery. He is recognized for his pioneering work in complex hip and knee disorders, as well as early adoption of computer-assisted navigation, minimally invasive techniques, and hip resurfacing.
Dr. Sheinkop has performed over 20,000 joint replacements and is a leading figure in evidence-based regenerative medicine, having treated more than 500 patients with stem cell therapy. His clinical research and numerous publications continue to influence advancements in patient care and regenerative therapies.
Dr. Ashley Caravelli is a board-certified family medicine physician with a strong foundation in osteopathic principles and a focus on regenerative medicine.
She combines her training with advanced treatments to provide holistic solutions for chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
A native of the Chicagoland area, Dr. Caravelli earned her medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the MacNeal Family Medicine Residency Program.
In her role as Medical Director at QC Kinetix, she oversees clinics across the Chicagoland region, offering innovative, nonsurgical options that support the body’s natural healing process. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Midwestern University, mentoring future physicians.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Caravelli enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is committed to a balanced lifestyle and compassionate, evidence-based care.
Dr. Aaron Wolkoff is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine specialist with a focus on nonsurgical treatments.
He uses his osteopathic background to help patients improve function and quality of life through regenerative therapies.
Dr. Wolkoff earned his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed both his residency and fellowship at South Pointe Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic regional facility.
He specializes in ultrasound-guided regenerative procedures including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and bone marrow concentrate (adult stem cell) injections to treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Wolkoff is a former collegiate soccer player at Kenyon College. His interests include soccer, swimming, cycling, Cleveland sports, and playing softball with his family.
Dr. Theodore Sand is a scientist and regenerative medicine expert who has helped pioneer both veterinary and human applications of stem cell therapy.
He earned a B.S. in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, and completed postdoctoral research in immunology at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.
Dr. Sand began his career developing in vitro diagnostics at Ortho Diagnostics, Baxter Diagnostics, and Quidel Corporation before joining Vet-Stem, Inc. in 2003. There, he launched the world’s first fat tissue-derived stem cell therapy for veterinary use, helping establish foundational data for later human applications.
He has since held roles at Celling Biosciences, Greyledge Technologies, and Gallant Pet, where he focused on developing PRP and bone marrow concentrate devices and therapies. Dr. Sand currently serves as a regulatory and scientific consultant and joined an Institutional Review Board in 2024.
He holds 21 patents and has co-authored 25 publications, including five book chapters, contributing significantly to translational regenerative medicine.

Dr. Sander Fernandez is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with advanced focus in Sports Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
He serves as the Medical Director of QC Kinetix South Florida, where he specializes in the non-surgical treatment of sports-related injuries and chronic pain through regenerative medicine.
Dr. Fernandez earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Florida International University in 2006 and completed a Master’s degree in Forensic Chemistry Toxicology in 2007. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in 2011. He completed his Family Medicine residency at East Carolina University/Vidant Medical Center in 2014 and later earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Davenport University in 2017.
From an early age, Dr. Fernandez developed a passion for sports medicine and musculoskeletal pathology. Influenced by his father, a former National Swimming Team Head Coach, and his older brother, a former professional triathlete who struggled with injury recovery, he recognized the limitations of steroids, anti-inflammatories, and traditional physical therapy. This inspired his commitment to pursuing advanced, restorative treatment options.
Over the past decade, his clinical focus has included Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, non-surgical Regenerative Medicine, and Clinical Research. He is dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to active lifestyles without surgery whenever possible.
Dr. Fernandez has been honored with the Patients’ Choice Award in 2021 and 2022.
Outside of his practice, he enjoys adventuring with his wife and children, participating in mission trips through his church, training for triathlons, and playing golf and tennis. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
