Dr. Don Pham completed his undergraduate studies in Integrative Physiology at the University of Iowa and completed his graduate studies at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He began his practice focusing on holistic treatments, as well as plasma and regenerative medicine. He has experienced many positive outcomes and enthusiastically shares this with QC Kinetix.

Dr. Pham’s other passions include exploring, adventuring and cultural exchange. He has been to 33 countries and counting. He is active in Pilates, field hockey, and swimming. Dr. Pham promotes a balanced lifestyle that includes proper maintenance of one’s physical, emotional and spiritual self.

He invites all types of patients, and for those interested in health awareness, improved musculoskeletal function, and optimized wellbeing.

Jay Sartor, MSN, AGNP-C

Jay Sartor is a board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner who specializes in foot and ankle care. Sartor received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Michigan Flint and then went on to receive a Master of Science in nursing from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan. Sartor received an adult gerontology nurse practitioner board certification from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board (AANPCB).

Sartor’s clinical interests include diabetic foot care, peripheral vascular care, and wound care, and provides care at MSU Health Care Surgery. Prior to his studies, Sartor spent several years caring for military members and their families as a Hospital Corpsman domestically and overseas while being stationed in the United States Navy.
